  • The effects of an entry level ballet class on first year dance majors on improving measurements of balance using the Biodex Balance System SD (2015)

    • To determine if dance majors who participate in an entry level ballet class will show a change in measurements of balance over the course of the semester.

  • The validity of Zumba as a cardiovascular training alternative for dancers

    • Researchers are comparing cardiovascular fitness changes between interventions of 3 weekly Zumba sessions to 3 weekly treadmill sessions
